Everyday Essentials

I thought it might be nice to show you a few random bits and bobs that I use every day as part of my healthy beauty routine!
I start every single day with my breakfast and these bad boys - vegan vitamin supplements! I am a vegan and have been for almost 4 years now, and despite being incredibly clued up on my diet and ensuring I eat healthily, I am paranoid about getting micro nutrient deficiency! Taking one of these a day helps keep my paranoia at bay! I know its not strictly beauty related, but I am a firm believer that you are what you eat, and making sure your daily intake is healthy and balanced plays a key role in looking and feeling beautiful. Also as a side note, my friend takes those healthy skin and nails supplements and I checked the ingredients - they're identical to my Vegan vits! £4.99 for 3 months' supply. Linky!
I also start every day by using baby oil when I get out of the shower. I use it on my legs, arms, tummy and boobs and it keeps my skin soft and in great condition. It's a really simple and quick routine to get into too - I buy mine from Sainsburys as its cheap and ethical (not tested on animals). £1.03 a pop! Linky!
Once a week I use this Boots Expert weekly toothpaste to give me that 'fresh out of the dentist' feel. I can't find a link on the Boots website but this is ~£3-4 and lasts a couple of months so its not bad value. I'm a bit of a dental hygiene obsessive so this is key to my routine.
I also use this No 7 sauna mask once a week to cleanse my pores and basically pamper myself! It's a great formula that warms up when you apply it to your face, and you can really feel it working! It's £11 but will last you MONTHS so its brilliant value in my opinion. Linky!
These are Body Shop exfoliating bath gloves - I use once a week to get rid of any dead skin on my body and make me feel a bit more fresh and clean! They're great as you can use them again and again, just remember to pop them in the washing machine every month or so! You can use them with your everyday shower gel to turn it into an exfoliator - brilliant value at £4. Linky!
Finally, this isn't my own pic but I cannot live without my tube of Carmex! I've tried dozens of lip balms in the past but this (original formula) has to be my all time favourite. It feels like it really works, keeps my lips flake-free, and is perfect for slicking on over the top (or under, or both!) of lipstick to keep my lips happy. £2.65 from Boots, you HAVE to try this if you haven't already. Linky!

What are your everyday essentials?
