Hi everyone! Today's nail look is one of my all-time favourites, and it features a top coat I picked up in my Lips and Nails haul HERE...
This is Maybelline Color Show Polka Dots (in black and white) layered over Models Own Apple Pie (one of their scented pastels). I LOVE it! Such a pretty, simple look for the summer!
I got plenty of compliments on my nails when I was wearing this, but the best part for me was the lasting power! Sometimes I find using a 'novelty' top coat like this one can leave my nails dry and prone to flaking off in large chunks but this stayed put and pristine for three days before any chips started to appear. It is a bit of a pain to remove (like most pretty top coats), but it's not impossible and if you do it while something interesting's on the telly you won't even notice!
