I Want Never Gets... Chairs

Following on from last week's post on beds, I'm totally running with the interior-style wishlists! I already have all my own furniture as my flat was unfurnished when I moved in, but that doesn't stop me drooling over bits and pieces for the days when I have more than 3 rooms to call my home!

This clear armchair is a beautiful piece of furniture - its so special and unlike anything I've ever seen before! I think this would be gorgeous as a dressing table chair in most bedrooms, because it's clear it would go with pretty much any colour scheme or style! I think it looks a lot more expensive than £80, from Lakeland Furniture. Click!

A completely original take on the traditional rocking chair, I love this! I think it would be a great addition to my living room, where I could while away the hours with a good book and several cups of tea! And at £48 it wouldn't break the bank. Click!

In my head, my ideal home has a neat and tidy minimalist office with a statement office chair that I could spend time procrastinating on by spinning endlessly around. This red faux leather chair would fit complement my idealistic scene - the high back would provide the support you need when working at your desk for hours on end (sigh!) but it's such a statement it would brighten up even the dullest study! Quite pricey at £165, it would be a real investment. From Lakeland Furniture - Click!

This chair reminds me of children's chairs and it would fit right in with my modern rocking chair! I don't know what it is about this pale blue but I love it - I think a pastel floral print cushion would set it off perfectly! £47, this would make a difference to anyone's dining room. Click!

How much do you plan for the future when it comes to furniture and interior design? Are you years ahead of your time like me?
xx

  1. I love interiors and definitely buy stuff I really like now, even though I don't have room for it but think of future homes!
